Rapid Refloor is a two-component polyurethane/polyurea hybrid designed to repair random cracks, surface spalls/pop-outs, and other surface defects in industrial concrete floors subject to wheeled traffic. Once cured, it forms a rigid structural polymer with a Shore D Hardness of 70-75, providing a durable and long-lasting repair solution for high-traffic areas.
Developed for industrial concrete floors, Rapid Refloor offers quick curing times, allowing the floor to be ready for trafficking in just 15-30 minutes. It is virtually odorless, providing a safer and more comfortable working environment during application. However, it should not be used as a joint filler and is not recommended for use below 0˚C. The system is ideal for use in areas with high-wheeled traffic that require rapid repairs without extended downtime.
